Our deliveries are made on a Wednesday and Thursday each week.
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact time of delivery, this is due to the number of orders we have each week, and also due to external factors such as traffic that may affect our deliveries.
However once we have made your first delivery, this should give you a good indication of when we will be calling each week.
We currently deliver to the following areas :
Wednesday : Outskirts of Stockton, Billingham, Wynyard, Carlton, Sedgefield, Redmarshall, Fishburn, Norton, Stockton (Hartburn, Fairfield & central Stockton)
Thursday : Middleton St George, Eston, Marton, Great Ayton, Hutton Rudby, Thornaby, Ingleby Barwick, Yarm, Eaglescliffe,
Middlesbrough, Linthorpe, Kirklevington, Egglescliffe village,
After your first delivery you will receive a courtesy call or e-mail asking for your comments/feedback on the produce delivered and to discuss your future orders with us.
Thereafter we will assume that you require a box weekly unless you have already told us otherwise.
We work to make our service to you as convenient as possible, however we do ask that someone is at home to receive your first delivery from us.
We will then make an arrangement with you for any future orders to leave your produce in a convenient location if you are not going to be at home.
Payment terms are cash or cheque on delivery.
Please make cheques payable to Teesside Organics.
Alterations/Changes to your regular order are not a problem.
However in order to ensure your changes are accommodated, early notification of such changes is appreciated.
Please ensure that you advise us of any cancellations or changes to your box contents (including dairy orders)
by a MONDAY, at the latest.
