Here at Teesside Organics we use only LOCAL suppliers who are registered with the Soil Association as an organic producer, and as such all our produce is guaranteed and registered as organic.
Organic growers and producers are registered and inspected by certificating bodies such as the Soil Association or Organic Farmers & Growers.
Since taking over the business in July 2007,
(formerly trading under the name Boxfresh Organics),
we received a glowing report from the Soil Association at last recent inspection, as well as receiving national recognition following a feature in
The Guardian Food Directory (November '07 and '08)
and we have now also been awarded a 5 star rating from Stockton Borough Council Environmental Health Department.

After having worked for numerous years in the chemical industry,
I am a great believer in the benefits of organic produce and wish to promote the concept as much as possible, so when the prospect of taking over Boxfresh Organics arose, my family and I were delighted.
We are based in Stockton-on-Tees and we pride ourselves on being a local, family run business serving the communities of Teesside and the surrounding areas, providing our customers with a friendly, personal service.

- To deliver organic produce at affordable supermarket-beating prices whilst providing excellent customer service; and

Veg and fruit boxes are a lucky dip of seasonal surprises, but we encourage you to tell us your dislikes so these can be exchanged for something we know you’ll prefer. If you are ever unhappy with the condition of any item in your box, we will always give you extra produce with your next delivery !
